This week, I talk with Dr. Brooke Gazdag about leadership. Brooke is an Organizational Psychologist and since March 2020 an Assistant Professor at the University of Amsterdam. Brooke got her PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University at Buffalo and has since worked as Post Doc at the Technical University of Munich and then as an Assistant Professor at the University of Munich in Germany. Her research areas include leadership, negotiations and diversity.
